   Browse the collection and pick the home that fits your life — or bring us a plan you love. Not sure? Tell us your budget, style, and must-haves and our match tool will point you to the right one.

   Tell us about your project

   Send an inquiry from any listing with your contact details. We'll call you back during work hours — Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM — to talk through your lot, timeline, and goals.

3. 3

   Personalize the design

   Pick your upgrades and finishes: porches, garage and shop space, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and more. We adjust the drawings so the home is yours before anything is built.

   Get a fixed price

   You receive a clear, written price for your home as configured — no vague allowances, no surprises. We walk you through every line so you know exactly what you're paying for.

5. 5

   Permits and preparation

   We handle the building permits and prepare your site. You'll know the schedule before we break ground, and we keep you updated at every milestone.

6. 6

   Construction begins

   Our crew starts building. You get regular photo updates and a single point of contact from the first footing to the final walkthrough — then we hand you the keys.
